Over the years, I’ve learned that I will not always get it right as a husband, father, son, & brother. No man is perfect. God requires perseverance not perfection. Daily, men face the harsh realities of life: leading a home, paying bills, and raising children. Sadly, many men have chosen to shy away from their responsibilities, leaving homes in shambles and without proper masculine leadership. I understand, manhood can be overwhelming and downright depressing at times. Nevertheless, as men, we must trust in the Lord and refuse to give up on ourselves and families.
My desire is to not only teach but demonstrate biblical masculinity to those I come in contact. For many, the concept of biblical masculinity may seem foreign or antiquated. I assure you, it is not. There is still a need and a place in today’s society for men that will seek the heart of God.
1 Timothy 6:11 (NASB) “But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness.”
